What is the Heroes of Hope Gala?

This is an honoree dinner, program and dance celebrating the courage, vision and compassion of individuals and organizations who share a commitment to increase awareness about and provide support to/for women who are experiencing violence. Some of our honoree’s have survived the devastating effects of domestic violence and all give their time, skills, and/or money to empower women to live violence-free lives; encouraging others to do the same by their example.

What Can I Expect? 

The dinner, prepared by the Oregon Golf Club includes a steak or vegetarian option and will feature locally grown items where ever possible. Our program will pay tribute to the honorees through introduction, video and a musical number by Portland’s “Diva of Soul,” Linda Hornbuckle: After the program the celebration will continue with a fabulous dessert bar designed just for us and dancing to the Linda Hornbuckle Band. A no-host bar will be available through-out the evening.
